We operate our own delivery vehicles at Magenta (UK) Ltd, servicing a vast area within the UK. Our website will calculate the delivery options available to you, showing you an estimated delivery date, once you have provided a delivery address.

Christmas Closing Times

We will be closed for Christmas Holidays from 22nd December 2017 to the 2nd January 2018. During those dates we are not able to make deliveries, however you can place your orders online and we will be happy to contact you with delivery dates when we are back on the 2nd Janurary.

FAQs About Delivery

Below we have answered a few of the most commonly asked questions regarding our delivery to help you quickly place your order.

How quick is your standard UK courier service?

All orders received by 2pm on a working day will normally be shipped out for delivery next working day. This is subject to stock availability, if there is a delay on stock the website will notify you before placing your order. In the event where there is a stock descrepancy and we see that stock is not available for next day we will contact you to inform you of any delays and may be able to offer alternatives.

Who do you use to deliver?

We have our own dedicated delivery drivers and vehicles for customers within our delivery area. We prefer you to choose this method if available to you to help us reduce our carbon footprint as our delivery drivers may well be passing you already on the set delivery dates. 

We have available Courier services which currently have a 98.9% delivery success rate, the best courier we have experienced by far!

When is the final cut off point for ordering to receive a next working day delivery?

We normally say the cut off is at 2pm to be certain however please call if it is after 3pm and we will try our best to get it out of the door. Sometimes it will not be possible though. This is also dependant on stock availability, if your order is very urgent please call us and we can advise you the best action.

I want my delivery on Saturday?

Our couriers can deliver on a Saturday but this is a premium service and costs will apply. You will need to select the Saturday Courier option and order before 2pm. Please note that this service is available for instock items only.

Returning Goods

If the products you have chosen do not meet your approval, please return them to us within fourteen days and on receipt we will be happy to make a refund for the value of the goods. We are unable to refund carriage charges because we will have incurred the costs as soon as the goods are dispatched. For this reason we ask you to ensure that somebody will be available to receive the goods you have ordered.

Where items are being returned we must insist that they are returned unused, in their own original packaging. Please make sure you get proof of postage from the post office when you return an item in case of loss.

We are able to offer a collection service which usually costs around £12.00. This would be deducted from your refund once the goods have been returned to the warehouse for inspection.

Can I specify a time for delivery?

Standard deliveries will be made between 8.00am to 6.30pm however upgraded timed deliveries are available at an extra cost. If you require a delivery by 3 or 4pm then we would advise you upgrade to an AM service as delivery before this time on our standard service would not be guaranteed.

Be aware that deliveries are made by our overnight couriers in the morning however delivery can be any time up to 5pm

Be exact when specifying delivery addresses.

Make sure that somebody will be there to receive the goods, if you cannot be sure somebody will be in then please use another delivery address…eg. your work address. After two attempts the goods are returned to us. We reserve the right to re-charge any delivery costs if we re-send the goods to you

Don't

Try and specify a timed delivery our couriers will normally be delivering many packages from various companies each day to your region.

Expect standard deliveries to be made on Saturday or Sunday - this will not happen.

Demand complicated delivery instructions eg please leave my goods in my next door neighbour’s garden shed.

Ask for the courier to call a certain time before delivery, our couriers are not able to do this.
